A CHALLENGE TO BE FACED

The client needed to innovate because it had a subscription management system that was too old. The company needed a tailor-made solution that could handle all use cases and integrate with its management systems.

OUR SOLUTION

The solution developed by tell tk, starting from scratch, is called GRABB. It is capable of managing subscriptions, one-shot sales of products such as books and encyclopedias and back issues, i.e. the sale of a specific issue of a magazine that has already come out. It controls bookkeeping, managing subscriber debt, revenues, cancellations and refunds. It governs the process including address normalization and dispatch taking into account editorial products and gadgets.

ACHIEVEMENTS

GRABB represented a major challenge, which tell tk was able to overcome, thanks to more than 30 years of experience in the industry. The innovative software has facilitated and brought clarity in the management of our customer's subscriptions and master data. The platform is constantly being developed, in fact, the latest development was the implementation of a selfcare module that allows users to manage their subscriptions independently via a special login area.
