The Challenge

To enable the Bank's Insurance Advisors to profile their account holders and identify what insurance proposals could be most in line with their needs, thus facilitating the transition from a "product centric" logic to a "customer centric" vision.

Our Solution

A Machine Learning Model which, on the basis of the available information, elaborates a functional proposal for the needs of the account holders in order to provide better advice by proposing specific insurance products that best suit the account holder's needs. The solution, outlined through the use of Artificial Intelligence, complements the existing marketing procedures already in place by improving the service offered by the Advisor.

Achievements

The solution has optimized the management of information, automating the choice of products based on industry priorities, allowing the Insured to be more aware of their needs and expectations, and the Insurance Advisors to propose more suitable products, placing the Customer's needs at the center of the logic.
