The customer needed image processing for the catalog and showcase site.
OUR SOLUTION
The photo retouching service to carry out colour interventions, masks, contouring and editing was provided by Peppers, the collaborative platform for task management and automation of image processing. This made it possible to assign, manage, accelerate and control tasks related to the processing of individual images. Its dashboard provided information about the entire image process, providing data on the status of activities, workloads and costs broken down by product, category and job.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Although the graphics service was managed externally, with the Peppers tool the client went from managing entire jobs to managing individual products to be processed, optimizing time, costs and improving storage space consumption.
