Our Solution

The proposed solution is WhatsApp Enterprise, the technology platform that leverages WhatsApp's advanced APIs to decentralise consumer assistance, through a single verified number and the construction of intelligent chatbots that automate the experience and triage the first level of assistance. The Digital Contest, thanks to WhatsApp Enterprise, was easily accessible by customers via landing page/site and using a PC or smartphone. The consumer was able to play the game by sending a simple command on WhatsApp. The chatbot or a pop-up would start the Instant Win system and inform the consumer whether or not they had won. In the event of a win, the consumer is asked for personal data in order to automatically send the digital prize via e-mail or Whatsapp. A dedicated support team will be available to ensure the smooth running of the competition and prompt action in the event of any critical issues. We will also take care of the management of the entire competition process: regulations, winner management, filing, privacy, notification to the Ministry and notary. The solution allows brands to activate consumers by offering immersive and interactive experiences in the physical and digital spheres. Brands can benefit from new, fully customised formats within social and digital competitions.

Achievements

The new marketing strategy, based on digitalisation, enabled the client to make itself known to more consumers and increase their loyalty. Customers were incentivised to reach targets entitling them to receive a prize.
