OCX Data Execution

Company description

It is a fashion company, specialising in the production and marketing of luxury goods, including haute couture, ready-to-wear, handbags, perfumery and cosmetics. It is one of the largest in the world and has more than 100 boutiques in various countries, and more than 10,000 employees.

The Challenge

In order to improve the company's internal communication, increase departmental productivity and disseminate security information, The Digital Signage Project was born. The objective of the project was to disseminate communication material at the 2 different sites using LCD Panels. The content dissemination was to take advantage of the existing network infrastructure, while maintaining high security standards and network loads through centralised content management.

Our Solution

Depending on the requirements, a digital signage platform was used, implemented by Tk Soluzioni and able to integrate with the other tools:

1.Screens in different areas of the company with different palimpsests and layouts;

2.Client load&play, without streaming;

3.On-premise system installed internally on the company's network;

4.Management of different profiles and user groups;

5.Each user profile manages its own type of content quickly and easily;

6.Ability to work with multiple file types and possibility of integration with internal systems and external applications;

7.Management of interdepartmental communication;

8.Also suitable for touchpoint development;

Achievements

The strategy implemented involved all the client's internal activities. The system was configured to achieve the expected results in terms of communication and production. The solution has given rise to a transformation within the working environments where digital signage has become a valuable ally capable of supporting mobile work, fostering collaboration and guiding people within spaces that are increasingly shared and structured by type of activity.
