The Challenge

Competence, punctuality and versatility are the primary requirements of the project. The EMEA websites administered by TK Soluzioni are the first source of information consulted by industry players. Compliance with digital and multimedia content insertion/editing deadlines is essential for the dissemination of content to protect companies of all nationalities, sizes and business sectors from the risk of non-payment by their customers. The requirements and deadlines agreed from time to time, for the purpose of meeting the marketing needs of the client, equate the activity carried out to that of digital and media agencies.

Our Solution

The solution adopted at Corporate level consists of an institutional CMS that allows the individual business units, distributed globally, to update and adapt marketing content according to the reference market, while maintaining the Group identity. Information is uploaded to the system and organized into classes (news, press releases, collections of links, image galleries, videos, banners, pop-ups, survey forms, etc.) at a local level using a Wysiwyg Html editor, similar to those used in word processing. The administration of users and display/publication permissions is the responsibility of the ICT Department of the French Head Office. Based on PHP technology as the scripting language and the MySQL database, the CMS also integrates various functions for image management, importing and exporting content in RSS format.
