Italian leading company of a group of companies operating in the publishing sector. An ecosystem of great newspapers: news, information, celebrities, TV programmes, but also art, science, gardening, travel, cooking.

A CHALLENGE TO BE FACED

The client needed a renewal of its subscription plan. It needed a system that not only managed subscriptions, but also managed subscriber master data, subscriber contract types and active promotions, such as the various discounts reserved for certain contract types.

OUR SOLUTION

The development of an innovative tailor-made system, capable of simultaneously managing: - subscriptions - oneshot: sale of products, books, encyclopaedias - back issues: similar to oneshot, but aimed at those who collect magazines and need a certain magazine issue, which may date back a few years - gifts: these are prizes, gadgets that are given in correspondence with a certain type of contract. with a customer-centric and relationship-centered view through the CRM module.

ACHIEVEMENTS

We implemented GRABB. A new system for communication, complete from CRM, to manage marketing and customer communication, including the creation and management of the service ticket. A system that generates correspondences, tracks calls, mails, letters. This opens a communication channel. There may be several types of communication, but they are all associated with the same ticket, which then remains in the customer's history. What we have implemented is a CRM system integrated with GRABB, which has led to ease and clarity in the management of subscriptions and master records.
