Fiorella Rubino è un brand italiano di abbigliamento curvy da donna. Fa parte del gruppo internazionale Miroglio, che opera lungo la filiera della moda femminile e del retail.

The challenge

The client's objectives were multiple:

  • Brand awareness: increase brand awareness through an engaging contest aimed at the Fiorella Rubino Facebook community;
  • Customer engagement: to increase the engagement of users of the social group through a rewarding mechanic;
  • Social virality: trigger word-of-mouth within the community with a content voting mechanism;
  • Drive-to-store: bring the winning users of the contest inside the point of sale.

The solution

tk.digital proposed the launch of a video contest to be promoted on Fiorella Rubino's Facebook group and helped the client company realise its objectives by creating a landing page with branded graphics and a form to facilitate participation. The contestants had to fill in the form on the page with their data and attach a video of maximum 30 seconds in which they would wear a Fiorella Rubino look, present themselves and their motivations for designing a capsule collection for the brand.

Once the form had been filled in, the data and videos were automatically transferred to the Engage Contest Manager platform, which allows simple and effective management of incoming applications. 

It will be the task of a jury to select the 4 winners, who will be rewarded with the opportunity to design the spring-summer and autumn-winter 2024 capsule collection with the support of stylists and fashion designers. In addition, the winners will be featured in the shooting of the collection.

Results

Thanks to the social communication carried out by Fiorella Rubino and the user-friendly interface of the landing page specially designed by tk.digital for a target audience of people who are older and not very familiar with technology, many users participated in the contest expressing enthusiasm and creativity in their videos.

The client was satisfied with the result and, given the positive experience, anticipated a future collaboration with us to receive support on prize competitions again.
