A CHALLENGE TO BE FACED
To provide a service of brochure layout and creation of final PDFs in various versions. All starting from a draft created by the marketing department and providing a tool for checking and correcting the various drafts. The company produces around 80 brochures and flyers per year.
OUR SOLUTION
Direct access to the layout directly from the web. Once the created drafts have been received, TK Soluzioni will create the layout in InDesign and make it available on a collaborative system that allows the customer to correct texts and insert notes directly on the final layout. Once the layout of texts, tables and images is finished, the client has the final PDF available in the two formats (print and web editable).
ACHIEVEMENTS
Always active access to the latest version of the brochure. This procedure speeds up the time it takes to correct brochures independently from the various marketing areas of the client. This mode makes the work much more efficient and effective.
