The customer, an Italian industry leader, manages a vast database of images and a very complex workflow of the magazine production process.
It needed a solution, integrated into the workflow of the production process, that could manage numerous assets and easily organise the digital archive for each file category, search for documents in a targeted and effective manner, and make the content creation phases faster and more secure.

During the first phase of the project, Tk digital together with the customer, redesigned the content production process and all desired customisations of the workflow. The analysis resulted in improvements to optimise the process.
Among the implementations integrated into the solution
- Development of Adobe indesign, incopy and photoshop plugins integrating DAM with the Editorial System
- Integration with workflow automation platform to use an Automatic Image Enhancement/Correction System
- Customised metadata to track the status of all integrated systems
